It unfolds with ripe flavors of blackberry, black plum and black cherry coupled with cocoa and dusty cedar notes. Extended aging in both French and American oak lends subtle hints of vanilla and cardamom. Ripe, velvety tannins are smooth across the mid-palate leading to a pleasant, lingering finish.
