A lovely subtle, complex style of Viognier – with fresh apricot and white peach hints, and a rich, aromatic palate. Located in the Languedoc, 23kms south-west of Carcassonne, Domaine Astruc was bought in 2003 by Jean- Claude and Michel Mas, themselves owners and winemakers of the successful independent Les Domaines Paul Mas. The vineyards of Domaine Astruc benefit from a very special microclimate, sheltered by the Pyrenees, where oceanic and Mediterranean climates combine.
