The village is Chignin, and Bergeron is the local name for Roussanne, the Rhône varietal that entirely composes this wine. Greenish yellow, aromas of fresh yellow stone fruits (apricot especially), with a slight hint of almond that continues through the palate. Fleshy, ripe, and rich with good acidity, the wine delivers a long, crisp finish.
