This lovely dry white wine is Pale yellow with flecks of gold in the glass. It has a bouquet of floral hints of honeysuckle and fresh cut daisy.Generally light in body, but not lacking structure.  Excellent acidity.Food Pairings: Fish dishes, crustaceans.
