Protos Verdejo is made from 100% Verdejo, a Rueda typical variety. The grapes come from vineyards located in La Seca (Valladolid). These are planted on south-facing slopes, with the intention of taking advantage of sunshine, necessary for the optimal ripening of the grapes. The climate of the area is dry, with very steep temperature differences between day and night, ideal for proper maturation of the grape.
