Floral nose conbined with some lychee aromas. Fresh but round mouth feel, notes of flint, vanilla, chitrus, and grilled almonds. Complex and nicely balanced wine. The soil is chalky and ine, the basis for iwnes with finesse and minerality. The harvest is done at night to limit oxidation.
