Certified Organic. This is a red wine in which Cabernet Sauvignon predominates with 80%, along with 10% Merlot and 10% Carmenere: a typical Bordeaux blend from the Veneto. It matures for seven months in tonneaux so as to acquire greater elegance and personality. Its main scent is that of red berry fruits. It is almost as if one is entering into a coppice in the Lessini Mountains immediately after a brief autumn rain shower: wet earth, leaves and musk, fresh wild herbs and cyclamens. This is a full-bodied wine whose dominant note is the vegetal quality that is typical of the varieties from which it is made, but without sacrificing fruit and freshness. It is given at least three months’ bottle ageing and marketed about a year after the harvest.
