We have little idea about the origin of the grape but it has a floral note, great acidity, and can age to become Burgundy-esque in character. The quintessential spring wine — spring flowers, hay, and honey comb aromas. With moderate mouth-watering acid, a full, mouth-coating texture and grapefruit, floral, and green herb flavors, this wine is refreshing and bright tasting but still has some heft to it.
