A small family Biodynamic Domaine now run by Elizabeth & Philippe Bernard. All the grapes are hand-harvested and cool-fermented using only indigenous yeasts and bottled without fining or filtration to fully preserve their authenticity and intensity. Scent of roses and black currant, later a touch of orange. Sweetness at the start from the muscat grape, but the sugar content is less than 3 g per bottle, making for a fresh and engaging summer wine.
