This is Giovanni Negro's top wine, and if you are a fan of big Italian reds, look no further. Incredibly dark, this is the Nebbiolo grape with a dash of Arneis, rich and complex with layer upon layer of ripe raisin, blackberry and cassis flavors. It has a maturity that makes it very enjoyable now. Perfect with rich meat dishes. 'Sudisfa' means 'satisfaction'.
