Viu Manent's Noble Sémillon is an elegant wine, produced from Sémillon grapes from vines of 40 years located in San Carlos de Cunaco vineyard. It is a naturally sweet wine, it is the product of vinification of Semillon grapes which have been Noble rot or botrytis Cinera.Este wine is ideal to enjoy it with strong as roquefort cheese or a fois gras. It is also delicious with desserts like pears roasted with walnuts. TASTING NOTES: Intense yellow color. The wine presents a complex and mature nose with aromas of papaya in syrup, honey, Orange and pits, leading to a creamy but at the same time fresh mouth, very good volume and complexity. VINEYARD: Coming from our vineyards located in the Fundo San Carlos, in the vicinity of Cunaco, Colchagua Valley. The barracks were planted more than 100 years ago.
