Slightly higher alcoholic content than standard Bordeaux. Aged for longer in oak barrels (12 months minimum) and are produced from older vines. With a blend of 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, from start to finish, there is a nice sensation of fresh, spicy cherries and polished textures with dark chocolate.
