A wine vinified by La Chablisienne, recognized by professionals as one of the best producing wineries of France. The cooperative is responsible for about 25 % of the total Chablis production. This wine seduces bluntly by its refreshing minerality and its aromas of citrus and flowers. A very fresh smelling bouquet with dominant citrus notes – principally orange. The first impression is both buttery and rich, indicating good potential for cellaring. This richness is quickly counterbalanced by clean acidity, giving a pleasant freshness with tastes of orange and lemon.
