Carignane Rosé was produced using both direct-to-press and the saignée method of de-juicing the grapes. Cold fermented at 54?F over a 6 week period, this wine showcases a light pink color with aromas of strawberries and cranberries. This refreshing and complex dry rosé exhibits plenty of fresh and bright fruit and a tantalizing combination of strawberries, cranberries and pomegranate on the palate. (Carignane)
